Welcome to Portrazo's digital AI services. By accessing, registering, or using our platform services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all compliance rules. Physical Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise is not currently offered; if it is offered in the future, it will be sold through a separate payment channel and process dedicated to physical goods, distinct from Freemius. The Chinese version prevails; disputes are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
We provide digital AI services including AI portrait generation, ID photo creation, old photo restoration, AI hairstyle adaptation, and virtual outfit creation. Physical Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise is not currently offered; if it is offered in the future, it will be sold through a separate payment channel and process dedicated to physical goods, distinct from Freemius. All AI outputs are computer-generated virtual creations for personal lawful use only.
You must be at least 18 years old with full civil capacity. Minors are prohibited from using our services. By registering an account, you declare that you meet the above conditions. We reserve the right to request age proof from users at any time.
1) Commercial License: When you have an active paid subscription or have purchased credits, Portrazo grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the AI portraits generated on the platform for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Free tier outputs may not be used commercially (personal use only). 2) Scope of Portraits: You may only use the platform to generate images of your own portrait, or portraits of individuals for whom you have obtained express written consent. Commercial use of any other person's likeness without written consent is strictly prohibited. 3) Prohibited: You may not generate real identifiable people without consent, use trademarks without authorization, or create offensive/illegal content. 4) Termination: If your subscription or credits are terminated or expire, you may continue to use images you previously generated and downloaded.
You warrant that all uploaded portrait photos are your own portrait or you have obtained full written likeness consent from the depicted individual. You take full legal responsibility for uploaded materials, prompts, generated outputs, and (if it is offered in the future) custom images for physical Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise, including but not limited to all compensation liabilities for portrait right, copyright, and reputation disputes.
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, or publishing: likenesses of celebrities, influencers, athletes, politicians, public figures, or historical figures; unauthorized portraits of others; low-taste, violent, false, fraudulent, infringing, or illegal content; deepfake content; batch-generated content for commercial resale.
We have content auto-screening and risk control authority to directly intercept and delete violating content. Repeated violations may result in account restriction or permanent ban, with paid subscription fees non-refundable. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may appeal by emailing portrazo@zohomail.com. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Our subscription and one-time paid services (excluding physical custom merchandise) are processed by Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record (MoR) and payment processor, and is responsible for payment and transaction compliance, including the collection and remittance of applicable sales taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax). The payment process is subject to Freemius's terms of service. Your payment data is processed directly by Freemius; we do not contact or store sensitive payment credentials. Physical custom merchandise (POD) that may be launched in the future will be connected and processed by other payment channels. Credits and digital plans purchased through Freemius may only be used to purchase Portrazo's digital AI generation services. They cannot be redeemed for, applied to, or used to purchase any physical product or merchandise.
